Stories have the power to inspire, connect and transform – and during National Storytelling Week, pupils at St John the Evangelist Catholic Primary School in Billingham truly brought that magic to life. Across the school, children immersed themselves in the art of storytelling through music, drama, performance and imagination, creating a week filled with creativity and confidence.
An Amazing Media Opportunity for Our Young Creatives
Exciting things are happening for our Year 4 and 5 pupils at St John the Evangelist Catholic Primary School in Billingham! Yesterday, Mrs Nelson met with the children to launch a brilliant new opportunity in partnership with our Trust, Bishop Hogarth Catholic Education Trust — and it’s one that could spark the beginning of a future career in media.

Year 5 Residential YMT
Our Year 5 pupils went to the Emmaus Youth Village in June to experience a 3-day retreat on our Jubilee Year theme: Pilgrims of Hope.
