There are many opportunities during our school week for collective worship.

Whole school Liturgical Prayer takes place on a Monday morning. Teaching staff are on a rota as Faith Leader.

Class based  Liturgical Prayer takes place during the week. Pupils plan for this, supported by staff. Pupils take turns to be the class Faith Leader

On Holocaust Memorial Day, Year 6 shared a special class Liturgical Prayer with their families. The children were moved by what they had learnt throughout the week and took the time to reflect on the 'ordinary people' affected by the atrocities of the Holocaust and subsequent genocides.

Key Stage One celebrated the Christmas story through sharing  a 'Rhyming Nativity' with their families.

Year Five created a Jesse Tree as their focus for Class Liturgical Prayer during the Season of Advent. The Tree shows important times and special people leading up to the birth of Jesus. The children shared a special time of reflection, thinking about their own families and those special to them.

"A shoot shall come out of the stock of Jesse, and a branch shall grow out of his roots"
