Last week, some of our talented pupils had the honour of representing St John the Evangelist Catholic Primary School at a special Marian Mass.
Serving with Reverence and Pride
Our pupils played a vital role throughout the celebration, confidently leading the readings, taking part in the offertory procession, and serving at the altar with great care and reverence. Their voices also filled the church beautifully as they sang, helping to create a truly prayerful and uplifting atmosphere.
A Meaningful Marian Procession
At the end of the Mass, pupils took part in a lovely procession around the church, laying flowers in honour of Mary. Two of our pupils had the special privilege of carrying a crown of flowers and placing it upon the statue of Mary — a powerful symbol of devotion and love.
A Proud Moment for Our School Community
It was a wonderful display of faith, respect and community spirit, and we are incredibly proud of how our pupils represented the school on such a meaningful occasion.
