Exciting things are happening for our Year 4 and 5 pupils at St John the Evangelist Catholic Primary School in Billingham! Yesterday, Mrs Nelson met with the children to launch a brilliant new opportunity in partnership with our Trust, Bishop Hogarth Catholic Education Trust — and it’s one that could spark the beginning of a future career in media.
Our Trust is on the lookout for two enthusiastic Media Team Correspondents to join their Media and Marketing Team. This fantastic opportunity will allow our pupils to gain real experience in communication, reporting, and creative media work, all while celebrating and promoting the wonderful things taking place here at St John’s.
This is a chance for pupils to develop valuable skills, build confidence, and take pride in representing our school within the wider Trust community. Whether they enjoy writing, photography, presenting, or simply love sharing good news, this could be the perfect role for them!
